
With the extension of the on-going enhanced community quarantine in NCR, we at PSITE NCR understands the financial circumstances that the COVID-19 global pandemic has brought us. We hope to be of help to our beloved institutional and individual members by providing a small but meaningful financial assistance. You may also opt to waive for this financial assistance and we will be happy to reallocate the funds to help other members who need it the most.
To receive a Php 500.00 financial assistance from PSITE NCR, an availing member must meet the following requirements:
- Must be a registered institutional or individual member for SY 2019-2020 (Apr-01-2019 to Mar-31-2020).
- Must have a personal local bank account (account name must match with member’s name).
- Must have an active email address.
- Must have an active mobile number.
REQUIREMENT: You need to enter your membership ID number (02####) to verify your membership with us. All certificates were sent to the email address you provided upon the registration process. Please search for your emails. You may ask or check with your program chairpersons, deans, or the person who registered your memberships. You may also email us at membership@psite-ncr.org provided that you use your company-provided email account (eg: delacruz.juan@schoolname.edu.ph) for verification purposes.

Last day of bank transfer: Monday, June 01, 2020
Upon completion of this form, your application will be subjected to a strict verification process by the Membership Secretary and the Treasurer. Please take the time to read our data privacy notice. We collect information about you to process your financial assistance application only. When the financial assistance has been processed and transacted to your bank account, we will DELETE all bank information details we recently obtained from you immediately within 48 hours. Where consent from you has been obtained, PSITE-NCR will only share your information with data privacy compliant third parties when deemed appropriate and of benefit to you. PSITE-NCR may share your personal information with DPA-compliant third parties when legally instructed. PSITE-NCR will NEVER provide your personal information to third parties for any other purpose.

You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. If you would like a copy of some or all of your personal information, please email or write to us at info@psite-ncr.org.
