Dental Mission 2016

True to its mission, PSITE-NCR has a proud tradition of conducting community service for various institutions. The former has a sense of moral obligation to help those less fortunate and the desire to make the community a better place to live even in its simplest way.

This year, PSITE-NCR selected Ricardo P. Cruz, Sr. Elem School to be the recipient of the community service, which focuses on oral care and dental health education program. The officers invited Dr. Catherine Lugtu, dentist to provide dental care seminar for the Grade 1 pupils. They also worked with Mr. Cipriano M. Bisco, Jr., principal of the said school, together with his teachers in the distribution of the hygiene package, which include toothpaste, toothbrush, small cup, soap, alcohol, snacks, beverages, and hygiene eco bag.
With the financial help of the following institutional and individual members of PSITE-NCR, this worthwhile endeavor was a success.

Adamson University, Arellano University – Mandaluyong, Lyceum of the Philippines University – Manila, Jose Rizal University, Meridian International College, Our Lady of Fatima University, Technological Institute of the Philippines – Manila, University of Makati.

PSITE-NCR has also developed a strong link with Smart Communications that supports the work of charity of the organization. The latter will continue to provide outstanding financial support in the future activities of PSITE-NCR.

In this little act of kindness, all those who participated made an impact and personally put smiles on the little kids’ faces.
