[ESS] IBM DB2, Here we come!!!

We invite you to the PSITE NCR Enablement Seminar-Series (ESS) training this December 2011, in cooperation with IBM Philippines, Inc.  This is an intensive 5-day training program for aspiring IBM DB2 Certified Academic Evangelists scheduled on 5-Dec-2011 to 9-Dec-2011 at Adamson University.  This ESS is open for 40 seats (pax).

As a prerequisite skill, an applicant must have demonstrated adequate knowledge on Structured Query Language (SQL) and Data Manipulation Language (DML). 
To avail of this free training and certification from IBM, an applicant needs to go through the following stages: 

1.  REGISTRATION STAGE
The applicant completes the digital form found in the link below.  PSITE NCR will then validate the information provided and will countercheck if the applicant is either 
a.  an individual member of PSITE NCR of good standing; or 
b.  an official representative on the institutional member, and of good standing.
Timeline: 5-Nov-2011 (Saturday) to 11-Nov-2011 (Friday) @ 5PM
2. PRE-QUALIFYING EXAM STAGE
Upon validation of data in the submitted digital form, PSITE NCR will send via email a unique login account to the applicants and the website, to be able to take the online pre-qualifying exam.  Passing the pre-qualifying exam is one of the major requirements for selection by IBM.  The passing grade will be 60% of the total number of items in the exam, as set by IBM.
Timeline: 12-Nov-2011 (Saturday) to 18-Nov-2011 (Friday) @ 5PM
3)  ACCEPTANCE STAGE
Applicants who passed in the pre-qualifying exam will be notified by IBM, and will be given the official Application Form and MOA documents. The notified participants will be required to complete and to submit back all the needed documents on 23-November-2011, the deadline set by IBM for the final screening. Consequently, the successful candidates will be informed by IBM individually through email.  IBM's decision will be final.
