Call for Nomination: MOITES SY 2018-2019

Most Outstanding IT Education Student Award (MOITES)

The award is given to all students of Computing Programs (CS, IT, IS and EMC) from an active institutional member for the current Academic Year. Qualifications:

  1. The institution should be an active member of PSITE-NCR and of good standing;
  2. An active institutional member and has participated in at least 2 NCR activities of the organization;
  3. Only 1 award is given per institution;
  4. The Honor’s Committee of the institutional member selects the awardee;
  5. The awardee should be a graduating student.

The following are the requirements to be prepared and submitted to the Assistant Secretary (info@psite-ncr.org) before the Award is given to the Institutional Member (in PDF format):

  1. Recommendation Letter from the Institution
  2. Curriculum Vitae (with one 2×2 ID picture, white background)
