[NEWS] Are you a millennial? Good king or Warrior? Great Mother or a Medicine Woman? What motivates you?

What is your leadership potential?  Do you know what your predominant leadership potential is?  Are you a good king or a warrior?  A medicine woman or great mother?

These questions were raised in the interesting seminar attended by five (5) PSITE NCR members (from Don Bosco Technological College, Our Lady of Fatima University, Asian Institute of Maritime Studies, and Pateros Technological College) last 24-November-2011 at the PSIA Enablement Seminar-Series at the AIM Conference Center.  The resource speaker was Professor Benjamin C. Sandoval, Executive Director of the UP College of Business Administration, who delivered an interesting talk on Leadership Potential Theory and Understanding Employee Motivation.

Exercises provided by the speaker helped the audience understand motivation of employees using Daniel Pink’s formula, namely mastery, autonomy and setting super-ordinate goals.  Further, PSITE NCR President John Ruero, invited as a member of the panel, added dimension to the discussion by providing his reaction and feedback on the topic.  It was truly an interesting seminar, and PSITE NCR is grateful to PSIA for providing the free slots to this enablement activity!
